Link Operative Reports and Triage Documents

Operative reports are linked/assigned to charts and bundles using the Triage Docs Tab.

Operative Reports are first uploaded to the patient and visit in HST Practice Management via Document Central. The reports can then be assigned to a physician and a bundle in the Triage Documents Tab in HST eChart.
